1. General Return Policy (30 Days)

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and not manipulated

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • It must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

Products are made under order. However, returns are accepted under the conditions stated in this policy.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not charge restocking fees.


3. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process damage claims, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A short video showing the issue (if applicable)

Failure to provide visual proof may result in rejection of the claim.

We reserve the right to assess whether the damage is due to manufacturing defect or improper use.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or manipulated

  • Items not returned in original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

As our products are made under order, slight variations may occur and do not qualify as defects.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to obtain a different product, you must:

  1. Request and complete a return (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed.

Once an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be canceled.

7. European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds under the right of withdrawal apply to the product price only, not original shipping costs.


8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing is initiated as soon as possible after inspection

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund

This policy complies with applicable Spanish and European consumer protection regulations. For international orders, local consumer laws may grant additional rights that cannot be excluded.
