1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time refers to the period required to:

  • Verify payment

  • Prepare the product

  • Package the order

  • Transfer the shipment to the carrier

As our products are made under order, processing may vary slightly depending on order volume.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier operations

  • Local delivery services

We ship worldwide where available.

3. Possible Delays

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Legend Glow is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or external circumstances.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Legend Glow has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed packages

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
